This is a newly built service apartment in Shanghai Street, Mong Kok. To achieve a high-end modern appearance, the building is mainly composed by glass and aluminum.

Newly developed Service Apartment

There are three main construction components of the shopping area: a glass window wall, glass canopy and glass balustrade with aluminum cladding. For service apartments, the flats are all installed with aluminum window system for durable reason. The windows are installed with high performance crystal gray tinted glass for higher degree of privacy and excess sunlight blockage. This project is completed in 2016.
