Before building the new luxury house, a mock-up is produced and presented for every products to the client and their representatives to make sure the design is understood correctly between both sides. It also acts as a final check to ensure clients are pleased with the design.

What is a mockup?

Apart from testing the facade design of the house, the mockup is presented with a wide range of materials for the client to choose.

For the external stone facade, there are eight different materials to choose, ranging from granite, marble and limestone with different shades of colours. The materials are sourced from Italy, France, Brazil and China.
