Baptist University Glass Art Project

1st ever Glass Art Project in HK

This is the very first glass art project in Hong Kong, fusing the architecture with glass art. Partnered with Baptist University, the campus is installed with glass art pieces for aesthetic purpose. The glass art is thoughtfully designed to align with the motto and values of Baptist University.

 There are two main art pieces: Glass Panels and Glass Droplets.

Glass Panels are three layered laminated crystal clear glass with water stream pattern. These laminated glass panels bring both reflective and refractive light rays to the surroundings. The reflection rays will achieve different colours throughout the day, depending on the sun.

Reflective Rays from the Sun

Glass Droplets are glass composed chairs engraved with Bible verses. The seat can bear up to 300kg dead load in total.
